Policies and General Information

Television

Sleeping rooms are not equipped with television sets at this time. The living room on the main floor has a large TV with DVD and VCR capabilities.

Piano

Grandma Florence's player piano is available in the living room with an extensive library of "oldies but goodies".  Concerts and sing alongs are encouraged anytime before 9 p.m.

Special Dietary Needs

We provide a full, home cooked breakfast every morning. If you have food allergies or special dietary needs, please let us know at the time you make your reservation.

Rates

A two-night minimum stay is required during the months of June, July and August.

Please ask us about our special Corporate and Extended Stay rates.

Prices effective June 1, 2010. Old prices will be honored for existing reservations made before June 1, 2010.

*Room rates DO NOT include  Wisconsin Sales Tax or Elkhart Lake Room Tax.
Peak season - June 1 thru September 31

Occupancy

All room rates based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is $25.00 per day.

Deposit

To confirm your reservation, a deposit equivalent to a one night stay, including all applicable tax, is required within seven days from the date the reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy

If reservation is cancelled prior to 7 days before arrival date, a $50 reservation cancellation fee will apply. If cancelled within 7 days prior to arrival date, the deposit of 1 nights room rate plus tax will be forfeited.

Check In/Check Out

Check in time is 4:00  pm. Please notify us if you plan to arrive after 7:00 pm.

Check out time is 11:00 am.

Restrictions

Our home is smoke-free. Smoking permitted in designated areas out-doors. 

We're sorry but we are unable to accommodate children under 10 years old.  Please call us if you need special arrangements.

Plenty of off street parking is available as well as numerous spaces out front.

Balou, our boxer is a cherished and active member of the family. Although he is restricted to our private quarters he is very friendly and curious and will occasionally find his way to the guest areas. If you are afraid of dogs or are allergic to them, please allow us to help you find other accommodations.  Please call us about accommodations for your pet.
